No one likes to see a blowout. It's never fun for either team...

And unfortunately, we saw one in Yamagata-ken.

Sakata Minami, already up 4-0, scores 3 in the 5th, 4 in the 6th and 5 in the 7th. One more in the 8th and they win 17-0 over Shinjyou Higashi.

Hopefully the team from Shinjyou will take the positives in the experience of making it to the finals rather than the championship game itself.

But it's Sakata Minami who will represent Yamagata.
