- Hokkaido - 2/2 (1 yet to play)
- Tohoku - 6/6 (3)
- Kanto - 6/9 (3)
- Hokushinetsu - 5/5 (0)
- Toukai - 3/4 (0)
- Kinki - 2!/6 (1)
- Chuugoku - 2/5 (2!)
- Shikoku - 2/4 (1)
- Kyushu - 3/8 (2)
This is actually pretty shocking. Kinki is at risk of having just 1 team left (Osaka Touin) should Oumi lose today. Chuugoku could be completely eliminated!
Compare that to the fact that all the Hokushinetsu schools have won, only Shizuoka has been eliminated from the Toukai region, both Hokkaido schools could still be around, and while 3 schools still have to play all of the Tohoku schools are still alive.
Also, remember that list of schools that have not won a Natsu Koushien?

9 have won, 4 have lost, and 7 still have to play (though 2 are playing each other). Things could still just shake themselves out, but it's been weird to start.
