I've gone through all of the teams and entered Romaji for all of the players from the "Official Guide Book 2009" based on the transliteration system you use (as best as I could).
Please note that some of the last names that were in the spreadsheet were incorrect. So if anyone is using the original version, please get it (print it out) again. Names (family names included) often have different pronunciation for the same Kanji depending on the region. Even common names like 山崎 are sometimes pronounced Yamazaki and other times Yamasaki.
