The Kinki region is just about done with their prefectural tournaments. Brackets can be found here.
I'll get around to doing a review of the prefectures. A lot have finished, and there are some new names and some familiar ones returning.
Remember though, they'll be playing in super-regionals to determine the candidates for invitation.
